This website and app (https://mytypingai.com, together with the related mobile site and mobile application, the "Platform") are owned and operated by MyTypingAI (Sole proprietorship (individual)), Lodha Palava City, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421204, India. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.

We do not offer any product or service under this Platform outside India, and your personal data is primarily stored and processed in India. By visiting the Platform, providing your information or availing any service offered on it, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to be governed by the laws of India.

When you create an account we store your email, display name, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google we also store the Google account ID and profile photo URL provided by Google.

While you use the app we record your task submissions, accuracy scores, wallet balance, withdrawal requests, and UPI ID (only when you submit it for payout).

For security we automatically capture device and session signals such as IP address, browser/user-agent, screen size, timezone, and basic interaction patterns (typing cadence, paste events, focus changes). These are used for fraud prevention only.

We use the device and behavioural signals above to detect multi-accounting, automated scripts, paste/auto-fill abuse, and other manipulation of the earning system. Suspicious activity may trigger cooldowns, strikes, or season suspension as described in our Anti-Cheat policy.

Anti-cheat data is processed automatically. We do not sell it and we do not share it with advertisers.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed — we cannot see them. Access to production data is limited to a small number of administrators on a need-to-know basis.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we keep payout, tax, and fraud-investigation records for the period required by law and then remove the rest.

Beware of phishing. If you receive an email or call from a person claiming to be MyTypingAI and asking for your debit/credit card PIN, OTP, net-banking or UPI password, never share it. We never ask for these. If you have already shared such information, report it immediately to the appropriate law-enforcement agency and write to us.

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials and OTPs are entered directly on the gateway's secure page — we never see or store them.

We only store the transaction reference, plan purchased, amount, status and date, which we need for activation, refunds, accounting and dispute handling. For payouts we store the UPI ID you submit, used solely to send your withdrawal.

We share only what is necessary, with these categories of processors:

• Payment gateways — to process payments, refunds and payouts
• Cloud hosting & database providers — to run the platform
• Email delivery providers — to send account and support emails
• Analytics / advertising measurement — aggregated usage and conversion measurement
• Law enforcement or regulators — only when legally required

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (sound, theme), protect your session and measure basic marketing performance. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features may then stop working.

Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion we retain payment, tax and fraud-investigation records for up to 8 years as required by Indian law, and remove the rest.

The service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. You can delete your account yourself from the account deletion page or by emailing us.

By visiting our Platform or by providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and other processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You also consent to us contacting you by email, SMS, instant messaging apps or phone call for the purposes described here.

You may withdraw a consent you have already given by writing to our Grievance Officer with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data". We may verify such a request before acting on it. Withdrawal is not retrospective, and if the information is necessary to provide a service, we may have to restrict or stop that service.

Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. We may update it to reflect changes in our information practices, and will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email, as required under applicable law.
