Payout targets
Each task type runs as a season with a payout target (₹150 by default). You must reach the season's target for that task before you can request a withdrawal for it. Earnings below the target stay in your wallet until you hit the goal or until the season expires.
Submitting a withdrawal request
Once the target is met, the task card unlocks a Withdraw Payout button. You must manually submit a withdrawal request from the wallet page — payouts are not automatic.
Enter the UPI ID (and registered name) you want to be paid on. The UPI ID you submit is your responsibility — we cannot reverse a payout sent to a wrong UPI address.
Review & approval
All withdrawal requests are reviewed manually. Typical processing time is 1–3 working days. During review your request moves through:
- Pending Review — submitted, waiting for the team
- Paid Out — payment sent to your UPI
- Rejected — request did not pass review (with reason)
Rejection conditions
- Anti-cheat strikes or confirmed fraud signals on the season
- Multiple accounts on the same device, IP, UPI ID, or phone
- Invalid or mismatched UPI ID / name
- Violation of platform Terms & Rules
Expiry & forfeiture
If the Season Pass cycle expires before you submit a withdrawal request, any unclaimed unlocked rewards reset with the season. Requests that were already submitted before expiry stay valid and continue through Pending Review → Paid Out / Rejected. Confirmed fraud on a season forfeits that season's payout.
