It is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the domain https://mytypingai.com (the "Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (together, the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by MyTypingAI (Sole proprietorship (individual)), with its registered address at Lodha Palava City, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421204, India (the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform indicates your agreement to all these terms, so please read them carefully before proceeding. We may modify these terms at any time; it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

• You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during and after registration, and you are responsible for all activity done through your account.
• Your use of the Platform and the services is solely at your own risk and discretion. You must independently assess whether the services meet your requirements.
• Neither we nor any third party warrant the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of information and materials on the Platform for any specific purpose; such content may contain inaccuracies or errors.
• The contents of the Platform and services — including design, layout, look and graphics — are proprietary to us. You obtain no intellectual property rights, title or interest in them.
• You agree to pay the charges associated with availing the services, and not to use the Platform for any unlawful or forbidden purpose.
• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites; your use of those is governed by their own terms and policies.
• You understand that initiating a transaction for the services creates a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.
• Unauthorised use of the Platform may lead to action against you under these terms and applicable law.

You earn a fixed reward in Indian Rupees for every task you successfully complete (captchas, data entry, forms, and page typing). Rewards are credited to your in-app wallet immediately after a submission is accepted.

Each task type runs a challenge season with a target. Once you hit the season target (₹150 by default), you can withdraw. Admins may tune per-task rewards from time to time — the rate shown when you start a task is the one you'll be paid.

Every submission is scored by matching your typed input to a reference. Each task type has a minimum accuracy threshold — submissions below it are rejected without payment. You can review every attempt (passed or failed) on the Accuracy page.

• Captcha — 100% accuracy required
• Data Entry — 100% accuracy required
• Form Filling — 100% accuracy required
• Page Typing — minimum 98% accuracy required (longer text, so a very small margin of error is tolerated)
• Basic Typing — minimum 98% accuracy required (short two-line paragraph)

Anti-cheat exists to protect honest users — genuine typing is always safe.

The system silently watches for paste events, auto-fill, scripts, browser extensions that inject answers, and abnormally fast or repeated submissions. When suspicious activity is detected we apply automatic safety measures:

• Strike 1 — silent warning. No penalty.
• Strike 2 — 15-minute earning cooldown.
• Strike 3 — earning is paused for the rest of the current Season Pass cycle.

Cooldowns and locks clear automatically. You don't need to contact support to unlock a normal cooldown. If you believe a strike was a mistake, open a ticket and we'll review. Repeated confirmed fraud may forfeit the season's payout.

Withdrawals are sent to the UPI ID you enter at checkout. We process withdrawals manually within 1–3 working days. You'll see status updates (pending → approved → paid) on your wallet page.

Make sure your UPI ID and name match. We can't refund money sent to a wrong UPI ID — you are responsible for the address you submit.

One account per real person, please. Duplicate or alt accounts (same device, IP, UPI ID, or phone) will be merged or banned, and any pending balance is forfeited.

Selling, renting, or transferring accounts is not allowed. Premium subscriptions are tied to the account that bought them.

The Season Pass unlocks 4 earning tasks (Basic, Data, Form, Page) and activates your season progress. Boost Pro is an optional add-on that increases your daily task limits. Neither affects payouts, withdrawal speed, or removes anti-cheat.

Both are billed for the period shown at checkout. Because benefits are delivered immediately, they are non-refundable once the period has started.

If you were charged twice or never received your plan, open a ticket on the support page and we'll fix it.

All plan prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the checkout screen and are inclusive of all applicable charges. Each plan is a one-time purchase for the period shown — we do not create auto-debit mandates and no amount is charged automatically.

Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Cancellation and refund rules are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Plan access is digital and activates instantly after a successful payment.

We may update reward rates, withdrawal limits, or rules as the platform grows. Significant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates and their respective officers, agents and employees from any claim, demand or action (including reasonable attorney's fees) made by a third party, or any penalty imposed, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy or other policies, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms, neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

These terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kalyan, Maharashtra, India.
