General policy

Membership / Season Pass and Speed Boost purchases are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, because access and benefits are delivered to your account instantly. Please review the plan and price on the checkout screen before paying.

Duplicate or double payment

If you were charged twice for the same plan in the same billing cycle, the extra payment is fully refundable. Open a support ticket with both transaction IDs / UPI references and we will verify and refund within 5–7 working days.

Technical-issue review

If a payment was deducted but the plan did not activate, or the platform was unavailable for an extended period during your paid cycle, raise a support ticket. We review technical-issue refund requests case-by-case based on server logs and payment records.

Eligible outcomes include re-activating your plan, extending the cycle, or a partial / full refund depending on the impact.

Not eligible for refund

  • Change of mind after the cycle has started
  • Not reaching the payout target within the season
  • Account suspended for fraud, multi-accounting, or anti-cheat violations
  • Earnings forfeited due to expired season or rejected withdrawal
  • Third-party device, network, or UPI issues outside our control

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from the Support page with the subject "Refund request", include your registered email, the plan you purchased, the transaction ID and date, and a brief description. We reply within 24–48 hours.
