MyTypingAI provides an online, digital-only service. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. Therefore no shipping charges, courier partners, tracking numbers or delivery addresses apply to any purchase on this website or app.

After your payment is successfully confirmed by the payment gateway, the purchased plan (Season Pass, Boost Pro, task unlock or AI accuracy pack) is activated automatically on your MyTypingAI account. You can start using it right away by refreshing the app.

Delivery is to your registered account, not to a postal address. A confirmation is visible in your account and payment history.

Delivery of our services is also confirmed on the email ID you registered with at the time of sign-up. No shipping or delivery charges are levied on any purchase.

Because we sell digital access plans only, there is nothing to return or exchange physically. No courier pickup, packaging or return shipment applies.

If a purchase was made in error, was charged twice, or the plan never activated, raise the request within 3 days of the transaction and it will be handled as a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A plan that has already been activated and substantially used is not eligible for return or exchange.

If a payment is deducted but the plan is not activated, email support@mytypingai.com or call +91 98927 58784 with your transaction ID. We respond within 24–48 hours.
